No message left. Call came in the day after Christmas and came up as "loanDepot" (who?). Apparently a mortgage lender, but this is NOT the # on their website. Plus, THIS # was *already* flagged on 2 sites like this when I Googled the # as being suspicious!

I think this is the number for the New York State Department of Labor. I tried calling it from my home phone, and got a message stating that it was an unallocated number. I think a call only goes through if it is from another Department of Labor phone. I tried to call this number because whenever I called the (888) 209-8124 number I never got through.

It’s a phishing scam, and possibly a spear-phishing scam. They text you asking for your birthday, to get a discount on their stuff.
