No message left even though supposedly the call went to voicemail. Caller ID just said "CARNEGIE PA". Another site like this had a report that this is some sort of loan scam.

There’s a guy (I have met him before) calling me from this number saying he is in jail and what not. Google brings up Weber county and he says he is in Weber county jail. So far everything make sense Until I called Weber County’s Sheriff’s office. They said there is no 385 numbers associated with them and all their phone numbers started with 801. I was under the suspicion that this guy was an under cover cop or an informant of some sort. Or a scammer because the number he calls from allows you to add a credit card that allows inmates to make calls. Nothing about him make sense. So if anyone finds out anything about this number please let me know or comment on it too so I know more.

Hangup call from "CARNEGIE PA" (yes, with the space in between the city & state info). NO legit hits on Google, but a similar call from a slightly different # was reported on another site as being a solar power scam....
