Caller "CLEARWATER FL" (yes, the gap is how it came up on the screen) hung up when the machine picked up, so no message left. Googled the # and the first 2 hits were report sites like this one, flagging # as probable spam.

I received a voice mail from this number 202-521-1023 supposedly from a law firm retained by consumer protection network to assist with timeshare exit. This number is not known nor is the number the caller asked me to use to return her call. SCAM?!#

Caller "CARNEGIE PA" (with the text pushed to the edges of the screen) hung up before the call could go to voicemail. Gotten a bunch of similar calls since the beginning of the year (last 4 digits different each time). But this time? Several sites like this one ALREADY had reports posted from other people (first 3 hits on Google, in fact...).

I don't understand a message I received on another phone of mine. It was saying I was overcharged because of some ruling and something about a reimbursement that I may be receiving,but I was given a link,which I cannot connect to with that other phone. Can u explain this to me?

Automatic calls, when you pick up the phone, there is silence and the call ends. They will spam all numbers in a row.

Got a phishy looking text from this number. They claim the password on my coin base account was reset but I don't remember having one. The phone number they texted from and the support # they gave don't match and the link they sent looks suspicious.
